Prologue
The miles you've traveled, the things you've endured, the ways you've moved, adapted, protected yourself, and grown. Sometimes, those stories settle into the body as tension, restriction, or patterns we don't even realize we're carrying.
At Tale of the Body Massage, I use sports massage and structural integration to listen to those stories through touch.
Together, we'll explore what your body has been communicating, work with the patterns that may be limiting you, and create space for greater mobility, ease, and connection.
Your body has a story. Let's work together on the next chapter.

Chapter Three
Your body has been through impact. Let's support its recovery.
If you've been in a motor vehicle accident, your body may be experiencing pain, tension, or restricted movement as it heals. These sessions are focused on pain relief, rehabilitation, and restoring healthy movement, using integrated bodywork tailored to your stage of recovery.
Treatment may include sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular techniques, depending on your needs. Each session is adapted to support your recovery and may also include assessment and treatment planning for insurance requirements.
